Buyer Home Inspection
Builder Home Warranty Inspections
New Construction Inspections
Pre-Listing Inspections

We provide various kinds of residential inspections. Whether you are a buyer, seller, or building a new home we are here to help. We can also perform single component inspections such as Foundation Pre-Pour Inspections or Roof Inspections.

If you have had a new home built and it has a warranty consider getting an inspection before the warranty period ends. A Warranty Inspection can uncover hidden defects that over a period of time can cause significant damage. We can help you find the problems before they become your problems.

If you are building a new home consider getting a Pre-Drywall Inspection. A Pre-Drywall inspection can detect errors that would otherwise be covered up. At this stage of the build it is easier and more cost effective to correct.

Pre-Listing Inspections are a great way to know what defects exist prior to listing your home. This prevents surprises and potentially puts you in a better negotiating position or allows you to sell for more.

Certified by Inspection Certification Associates (ICA), an industry leading home inspection certification school, licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association (TPREIA)

A home inspection by a trusted, independent, professional inspector could save you thousands of dollars from potential issues. Whether you are a buyer, seller, real estate agent or property manager, you can count on us for your residential building inspection needs.
