The purchase of a home can become an emotional process and can be stressful with the uncertainty of the unknown. Let us be that unbiased, unemotional opinion to help guide you through the process. We are trained see issues that most people will miss when casually looking at a home. We can help you have a true picture of the home and what defects it may have before you invest and they become yours.
We will go the extra mile for you. If your new potential home's roof can be walked on safely and without damage, then we will walk it. If the crawlspace can be crawled through safely and without damage, then we will crawl it. We want to do a great inspection for you so that you can be assurred that your new home is safe and is functional. We will inspect your potential new home as if it was our own.
Our inspections include a Thermal Imaging Scan and a Moisture Detection Evaluation at no extra cost. 
Although thermal imaging can't see through walls, it can give us an indication that there are anomalies, and a clue of what might be going on behind the walls. By doing this we can see what other inspectors can't and potentially find defects that may be lurking below the surface.
Whether this is your first home or your fifth we can help you to become familiar with required routine maintenance and critical systems of the house. 
We will also document where critical safety devices, such as electrical, gas, and water shutoffs are located. We recommend that all of our clients attend the inspection if possible so we can answer any questions or concerns that you might have.
