In our Buyer Home Inspection we will go the extra mile for you. If we can walk on the home's roof safely and without damage, then we will walk it. If we can enter the crawlspace safely and without damage, then we will crawl it. We want to do a great inspection for you so that you can be assured that your new home is safe and functional. 					THERMAL IMAGING INCLUDED IN THE BUYER HOME INSPECTION
Our inspections include a Thermal Imaging Scan and a Moisture Detection Evaluation at no extra cost. 
Although thermal imaging can't see through walls, it can give us an indication that there are anomalies, and a clue of what might be going on behind the walls. By doing this we can see what other inspectors can't and potentially find defects that may be lurking below the surface.
Whether this is your first home or your fifth we can help you to become familiar with required routine maintenance and critical systems of the house. 
Our report will also document where critical safety devices, such as electrical, gas, and water shutoffs are located. It is recommend that all of our clients attend the inspection if possible so we can answer any questions or concerns that you might have.
