Don't let your warranty on your new home end without getting an inspection. There can be issues with homes, even new homes, that are not readily apparent but may appear over time. These can include but are not limited to: foundation issues, drainage issues that can cause foundation issues over time, roof leaks, window failures which can reduce the efficiency and comfort of your home, and plumbing leaks that can promote deterioration of structural components and rot and mold growth.

A warranty inspection is a full home inspection performed just prior to the end of your warranty. You will not only gain valuable information on the current condition of your home but you will be able to submit many of the issues to your builder for coverage under your warranty.

Get a warranty inspection so these issues can be addressed before they become your responsibility to correct.
