TrueView Real Estate Inspections is an independent, family owned and operated business, that serves Alpine, Marfa, Fort Davis, Presidio, Marathon, Sanderson, Fort Stockton and the surrounding areas. We strive to perform inspections with integrity and attention to detail.
We see a need for high quality home inspectors who will do their job without compromise. We take great pride in doing a thorough inspection and exceeding our clients expectations. All inspections exceed the industries and the Texas Real Estate Commissions Standards of Practice. As a Texas licensed HVAC contractor for 11 years and then a Federal Law Enforcement Officer for 23 years, honesty, integrity, attention to detail, and uncompromising standards have always been a part of the job. We will give your inspection the attention and time you deserve, to help you make one of the most important decisions of your life.

Our inspections are detail oriented, thoughtful, with our clients interests as our priority. We provide a wide range of inspection services to meet our clients needs. You will not get hyped up, unrealistic marketing tactics when you choose TrueView Real Estate Inspections. You will get myself performing a quality home inspection (not a sub-contracted employee) with my educated life experience from working in the HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing trades, and being a Federal law enforcement professional for over 23 years.
DETAILED REPORTS
A home inspection is valuable, but if it is not well documented, most of the important details will be forgotten. We will provide you with a detailed comprehensive digital report with digital photos to guide you for as long as you own your home. Improvements that may be needed, as well as what components are in your home and their condition are provided in our report.
WE GIVE YOU MORE
We use Thermal Imaging (IR) technology as well as moisture detection equipment during our inspections at no additional cost to you. This allows us to see what the naked eye can’t and locate issues that are hidden and could otherwise be overlooked. We encourage our clients to attend the inspection with us and ask questions. We can provide home care and maintenance tips such as changing the furnace filter and valuable insight into where critical control mechanisms are located in case of an emergency to turn off the gas, water, and electrical.
OUR SERVICES
We can perform traditional home inspections of New or Old Construction, Pre-Listing, Pre-Drywall inspections, Phase Construction Inspections, One Year Home Warranty Inspections, or Single Component or Repair Inspections. We serve homebuyers as well as sellers to inform and educate on the overall condition of a home at the time of inspection.
