I have been certified by Inspection Certification Associates, one of the leading inspector training schools. I have sixteen years of prior experience as a contractor in heating ventilation and cooling (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing. I also worked twenty three years as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer where writing thorough, easy to understand, accurate, and concise reports, worthy of standing up in court, was an absolute necessity. I strive to bring that same thoroughness and attention to detail to every home inspection I perform and every report I write.
